1. What Games we Play is

Games we Play (GWP) is an app for playing two-player games and chatting with people you choose to connect with. It's built for getting to know someone — after a match, a date, or anywhere else you met.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 to use GWP. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.

3. Your content

Messages, photos, voice notes, and game answers you share belong to you. You give us the limited license needed to deliver them to your connection and operate the service. Don't share content that's illegal, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share.

4. Behavior

Be decent. Harassment, impersonation, spam, or using GWP to harm others gets your account suspended. Blocking a connection stops them from contacting you in the app.

5. Subscriptions

Some features require a GWP Plus subscription purchased through the App Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

6. Gifts

GWP lets you send a physical gift to someone you are connected to. When you do, you are buying from the fulfilment partner shown at checkout, not from GWP. That partner is the seller of record: they hold the stock, take payment, deliver the item, and handle returns, refunds, taxes and any customs charges under their own terms. GWP presents the catalogue and passes the order along, and earns a commission for doing so.

Recipients decide. Nobody receives a gift they did not accept, and nobody is charged until the recipient accepts. A recipient can accept, ask for it later, or decline, and declining is told to the sender as a decision and nothing more.

Addresses are private, permanently. A recipient's delivery address is given to the fulfilment partner and is never disclosed to the sender — not in the app, not in a receipt, not in tracking. GWP does not store it. Attempting to obtain someone's address through the gift flow, or using gifts to contact someone who has asked you not to, will end your account.

Prices shown include our commission and are charged in the recipient's local currency. Delivery estimates are the partner's, not a guarantee. If a partner cannot fulfil an accepted order, you are refunded in full.

7. Disclaimer

GWP is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We'll note the effective date above.
