What we collect
Your email (for sign-in), your profile (username, name, photo, optional Instagram handle), the messages you send to your connections, and your answers in games. Optionally, a phone number if you turn on SMS or WhatsApp notifications.
How it's used
Messages and game answers are shared only with the connection you play with — that's the point of the app. Game answers may also power your match results if you opt in to matching. We use your email or phone to notify you about turns, messages, and requests.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't show your chats or answers to anyone outside the connection they belong to.
Service providers
We use Resend (sign-in and notification emails), Twilio (optional SMS/WhatsApp notifications), Apple (subscriptions and Sign in with Apple), and our hosting providers to run the service. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
You can block or remove a connection at any time, or delete your account entirely — deleting your account removes your profile, messages, and answers. Email support@gwp.chat for data requests.
