All other trademarks, service marks, trade names and product names referenced in this app or on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their use is nominative — we name real products so questions mean something — and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.
Where other brands appear
Our questions name real products, places and brands, because “would you rather have a bag or a different bag” is not a question. Here is every context where that happens and the basis for it.
Would You Rather decks
“Gucci bag or Prada bag?”, “Rolex or Patek?”
Nominative fair use — the brand is named to identify the actual product being compared. No logo, no styling, no implication of endorsement.

Original artwork generated to our own direction and style. No brand logos, no trade dress, no copies of anyone's product photography.
If you own a mark referenced here and would like it removed, write to legal@gwp.chat and we'll take it out. We'd rather change a question than have an argument.
Our content
The questions, game designs, illustrations, copy and software that make up Games we Play are original works owned by Games we Play, LLC and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of them, nor use them to train a machine-learning model, without our prior written permission. Playing the games and sharing your own results is of course fine — that's the point.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write, record and upload. You grant Games we Play, LLC a limited licence to store and display it for the purpose of running the app — showing your messages to the person you sent them to, and your profile to people you've matched with. We don't sell it, and we don't publish it. Aggregate statistics we publish are always anonymous and never traceable to one person.
AI
Some illustrations and copy in Games we Play were produced with the help of generative AI, directed and curated by us. Demo accounts used for testing are clearly labelled in our records and are never presented to users as real people in production. We do not use your private conversations to train models.
