Every question in GWP records which way the room leans. The interesting ones aren't the landslides — they're the coin flips.

A fair warning before anyone cites this in a thesis: our player base is still small, and these splits will move as it grows. But the shape of the finding won't, because it matches what the question writers see in testing: the questions that generate conversation aren't the ones with right answers. They're the ones where *half the room is wrong and both halves are certain.*

Why 50/50 is the magic number

A 90/10 question ("would you rather be happy or rich?") is a formality. A 50/50 question is a fight you get to have safely — champagne versus espresso martini divides a dinner table instantly and hurts nobody.

That's the mechanic under the whole app: you don't just answer, you also guess what your person answered. On a landslide question, guessing is easy and the reveal is dull. On a coin flip, you genuinely don't know — and finding out is the game.
